VMware Licensing for Foundation Edition ESX 3.5

It is same for 3i.
Just a couple of points:

1. You must register your VMware software on www.vmware..com/lisensemgmt site
2. After registration you need to create and download both licenses: VI3 foundation edition and VI3 Consolidated Backup
3. Open foundation license and consolidated backup license file with NOTEPAD and merge them in one file.
4. From VMware Infrastructure Client - Configuration - Licensing Features: Point to the merged file as the Host License File.
5. Under Add-Ons (Edit) check the box against Vmware Consolidated Backup.
