DFSR and Windows 2008 R2 cluster problem

The customer has the cluster with shared volume, but cannot make it DFSR source or target. Have DFSR error 9011 or 5012. The problem was:
dfsrclus.dll registration on the cluster (what should create DFSR cluster resource type), so to do it type the command in cmd (administrator) -
cluster.exe restype "DFS Replicated Folder" /create /dll:dfsrclus.dll
it should respond
Resource type 'DFS Replicated Folder' created
